Sealcoating is the process of spraying a thin layer of seal coat material down on existing asphalt surfaces. This material seeps into inperfections in the asphalt, sealing hairline cracks and keeping water from soaking into the surface. Seal coating is a cheap and very important way to keep your roads/parking lots in great condition.
